hey…yes it went quite well! I was worried, but it turned out good. It wasn’t actually for a holiday or anything. Me and the friends cook once every week or so…on Thursday I’m told we’re having foie gras. This will be another first for me…I don’t think I’ve had it yet. I’m lovin the food here 🙂
