So it’s 4 dudes cooking part VI…cheers Daniele and Leo for cooking again. I’m being introduced to all kinds of new foods…or new tastes of old foods. It’s funny that the Italians have a reputation for cooking well…where did that come from…that’s kaka!!!
I may have had truffles last night (first time ever!). They were being cut, but I honestly don’t recall them going in, on or around the food…we must’ve ate them tho…Being as I didn’t taste them I can’t really comment on if they were good or not…were they in the Risotto??? I put a lot of cheese on mine 😉

Apparently I was running my mouth off about Mexican food and I’m cooking again next week…
Did I mention I broke my approximately 18 month no-cooking streak by making hamburgers a couple weeks ago? i did…it was good!
