So in the last 24 hours I’ve watched two movies (“Hitman” and “Definitely Maybe”) and read a novel…Both movies were OK. Hitman was an OK action flick. Nothing groundbreaking in it. Watchable. Still not sure what to make of Timothy Olyphant. I mostly know him from Deadwood (an HBO show). I think it’s his bored line delivery that bothers me the most…speaking of movies I saw this weekend with slightly annoying lead actors…I have the same problem with Ryan Reynolds (from Definitely Maybe). I just don’t know what to think of him either. Line delivery or stiffness or something is slightly mildly bothersome.

The book I read was called “Bad Things”. Sort of a horror suspense thing. Was actually pretty OK (took place in Oregon and Washington). This is the first book I’ve finished in a while.
I bought this at the airport thinking I’d have lots of time to read in the next weeks. I read it…Now the only two books I have left are an Italian/English visual dictionary (gift from colleagues) and the Lonely Planet travel guide to Tuscany and Umbria (thanks DaNucci)…I can’t imagine I’ll be making it through either of those in the next 24 hours.

Tomorrow I think I have to go to a hotel for a week (something to do with Italian law for foreigners???) and then do the registration stuff, get a tax number, open a bank account etc.
Then I can finally get a new phone…
